Karl the Trekker

Greg and his dad rescued the Trekker in 2003 from a field in the north east of Scotland and embarked on a very lengthy restoration due to the extensive rust issues caused by lying in a field for 8 years.

Many of the parts were sourced by Gregs dad. This was a real father/son project for themselves which was something very close to Gregs dad’s heart after previously having been in the RAF. Sadly he never got to see it finished in 2014.

If you are looking for something a bit different or for the Groom and Best Man/Ushers this would be an ideal vehicle.

Also Pete Crawford thank you so much for allowing me to get this round to Celtic Custom and get going with the project back in 2009 when it was just a bare shell and looking very sorry for itself. Pete had taken me under his wing and with his guidance taught me some of his talents always with a keen eye for detail helped my knowledge of the bodywork side of things develop further.
